Job summary

Textron Specialized Vehicles Inc. in Augusta, GA seeks a Customer Experience Manager to own the end-to-end order-to-cash lifecycle for Golf and PTV products, ensuring accurate status updates and timely cash collection.

You will serve as the primary contact for territory accounts, coordinating with sales, production, and logistics to deliver exceptional service and maximize customer satisfaction through proactive communication.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Sales, or related field required.
• 2+ years of experience required.
• Software knowledge: Excel, Microsoft Office, SAP, Salesforce.
• Customer facing experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while prioritizing and organizing the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions affecting customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100+ orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
