Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Execute the full product order lifecycle including order placement, production, shipment, delivery, and cash collection of Golf and PTV products.
• Serve as the voice of the customer while prioritizing and organizing the order-to-cash process.
• Act as single point of contact and direct support for assigned territory accounts.
• Communicate with cross-functional teams to influence business decisions impacting customer demands and the order-to-cash process.
• Provide accurate and timely information regarding order status to applicable parties.
• Manage, maintain, and organize 100+ orders per month in various stages of the order-to-cash process.
• Maximize customer satisfaction through routine communication and exceptional service.
