Job summary

ALDI USA in Christiansburg, VA seeks a store associate to perform merchandising, stocking, cashiering, and cleaning to keep the store presentable. You will collaborate with the ALDI team to deliver excellent customer service in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• Must be 18+ years old.
• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Prior retail experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Models and fulfills customer service principles and escalates concerns to management.
• Informs management of loss due to outdated or damaged products.
• Operates POS system to scan items and process purchases accurately.
• Adheres to cash policies and procedures.
• Follows line policy and opens additional check lanes when needed for efficiency.
• Stocks shelves and displays neatly following planograms.
