Job summary

TJ Maxx is hiring for a customer-focused role at our USA store, located in Livingston, NJ. You will deliver a highly satisfying customer experience, process transactions accurately, and participate in store activities to maintain a clean, organized sales floor.

Responsibilities

• Model established customer experience practices with customers and team.
• Uphold store culture with honesty, integrity and respect.
• Accurately ring customer purchases and returns, count change.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintain merchandising standards and prepare merchandise for the floor.
• Support store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Maintain safety and participate in shrink reduction goals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
