Responsibilities

• Delivers a highly satisfied customer experience by engaging with all customers and maintaining a clean, organized store environment
• Adheres to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards
• May be cross-trained to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs
• Rings customer purchases/returns and handles cash accurately following procedures
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the floor
• Participates in store recovery, safety, and loss-prevention initiatives
• Supports and participates in shrink reduction, safety, and policy adherence
