• Maintain a clean and organized store environment and adhere to operational, merchandise, and loss prevention standards.
• Cross-train to work in multiple areas of the store to support business needs.
• Ring customer purchases/returns accurately and count change back to customers according to procedures.
• Promote credit and loyalty programs and uphold merchandising procedures and standards.
• Process and prepare merchandise for the sales floor following company procedures and standards.
• Initiate and participate in store recovery as needed throughout the day.
