Dollar General is seeking a Team Member to act as a primary customer contact, stocking and merchandising displays, operating registers, and ensuring store cleanliness. The role supports store profitability and customer satisfaction while protecting company assets.

Responsibilities include providing superior service, knowing product details, rotating stock, and assisting in merchandising to create appealing displays and a positive shopping experience.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Ability to read and interpret documents such as diagrams and safety rules.
• Effective interpersonal and oral communication skills.
• Knowledge of basic cash handling procedures.
• Basic mathematical skills.
• Ability to operate cash register functions.
• Ability to stock and display merchandise.

Responsabilités

• Provide superior customer service to exceed the customer's expectations.
• Maintain a safe, clean and well-organized store environment.
• Operate cash register(s) and assist customers with purchases.
• Assist customers in self-checkout at multiple register terminals.
• Stock, rotate and display merchandise per guidelines.
• Follow company policies and procedures as outlined in SOPs and Employee Handbook.
