Responsibilities

• Model customer experience best practices with customers.
• Promote and explain credit and loyalty programs.
• Ring purchases and returns accurately and count change per procedures.
• Uphold merchandising and store standards and procedures.
• Prepare merchandise for sales floor following procedures.
• Assist in store recovery and cleanliness throughout the day.
• Support shrink reduction goals and safety initiatives.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
