El Car Wash is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to greet customers with energy and confidence, educate them on Unlimited Membership, and convert interest into loyalty. You will read customers, tailor your approach, and close sales while maintaining a welcoming, clean site.

You'll handle concerns professionally, ensuring a positive experience in all weather conditions. This frontline role emphasizes reliability, communication, and strong teamwork at our Miami site.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image—show up on time and polished.
• Charismatic, high-energy presence—engages customers in a natural way.
• Proven ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented and results-driven—knows and cares about hitting targets.
• Strong empathy paired with sales drive—reads the customer and adapts.
• Confident handling of complaints on the spot—resolves effectively.
• Comfortable with POS systems and site technology.
• Available for evenings, weekends, and holidays; outdoors in all conditions.
• Prior sales, retail, or hospitality experience is a plus.
• Bilingual English/Spanish is a strong plus in South Florida
