El Car Wash in Florida is seeking a Customer Experience Advisor to welcome guests with confidence and energy. You will educate customers about the Unlimited Membership program and convert interest into loyalty, turning service into sales while maintaining trust.

You’ll resolve concerns quickly, keep the site clean and safe, and capture feedback to help the team improve. This role is evening/weekend friendly and outdoors in Florida conditions.

Qualifications

• Reliable attendance and professional image are required.
• High-energy, extroverted presence helps in customer-facing moments.
• Ability to build rapport quickly and influence without being pushy.
• Goal-oriented, with strong empathy and sales drive.
• Experience with POS systems and bilingual English/Spanish is a plus.
