Job summary

Five Below in Glen Allen, VA is hiring a store leadership team member to wow customers with fast, friendly service and to run front-end operations to meet brand standards.

You will recruit, coach and supervise crew, lead opening/closing, and ensure merchandising is up to standard while maintaining a clean, safe store. Minimum 2 years of management experience and strong communication skills are required. Starting pay is $16.00 per hour.

Responsibilities

• Ensures crew wow customers through personal contact and fast, friendly checkout.
• Leads assigned store to achieve customer service goals set by District Manager.
• Oversees front-end operations and merchandising to brand standards.
• Manages opening/closing, cleanliness, recovery, and readiness for customers.
• Performs store manager duties in their absence and collaborates with leadership.
