Greet customers, verify credit and employment, process loans within limits, prepare documentation, and actively market branch products while delivering excellent service.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED from accredited institution.
• 0-2 years consumer finance or related experience.
• Cash handling; computer skills; customer service skills.
• Ability to work with minimum supervision.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Proficient working knowledge of Microsoft Windows, Excel and Word Applications.
• Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred.
• Bilingual, Spanish/English desirable.

Responsibilities

• Greet, assist and solicit individuals entering the office or calling by phone; process verifications, payments, and loan related activities.
• Prepare reports and documentation; operate cash drawer and balance records.
• Actively market branch products and services to individuals.
• Perform all other duties as assigned by management.
