Job summary

The Scion Group LLC in Flagstaff, AZ is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the Experience Team, drive revenue through customer‑focused initiatives, and foster a service‑oriented culture across our community. This role emphasizes strong interpersonal skills and an all‑in work ethic.

You will support the General Manager, supervise onsite staff, and coordinate turnover, marketing, and facilities. A college degree is preferred and up to six days per week work may be required.

Qualifications

• College graduate preferred, with a minimum of two years of customer service, sales and/or community management experience, or an equivalent combination.
• Ability to work up to six days per week for management coverage.
• Strong written and verbal communication and attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Staff development and leadership for Experience Team Members.
• Assist GM with onsite staff training, safety, and policies.
• Plan and execute annual turnover processes and move‑ins/move‑outs.
• Inspect property curb appeal and coordinate timely work orders.
• Lead customer sales interactions and drive KPI-driven improvements.
