Job summary

The Scion Group LLC is seeking a Customer Experience Manager to lead the Experience Team across our properties and help drive revenue by delivering exceptional customer service and a customer-centric culture. You will foster relationships and coach staff to meet service and sales goals.

Based at the assigned Wisconsin property, this role requires strong interpersonal skills, training oversight, and collaboration with leadership to implement marketing, leasing, and resident-satisfaction

Qualifications

• Customer-centric mindset and resident-focused approach.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Experience in marketing and leasing properties.
• Strong organizational and prioritization abilities.
• Minimum 1 year of customer service experience.

Responsibilities

• Provide leadership and coaching for staff performance.
• Assist General Manager with training and compliance.
• Plan and execute annual turnover processes.
• Oversee on-campus marketing events and social media.
• Coordinate work orders and maintain resident satisfaction.
• Report KPIs and trends to improve revenue.
