Job summary

Designer Brands is seeking an energetic associate to support store management and drive sales in a Pittsburgh-area location. You will promote a high-tier in-store customer experience while assisting with inventory, merchandising, and omni activities such as BOPIS.

Qualifications

• Minimum 2 years of workforce experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent.
• Excellent customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Maintain in-store experience by modeling CEL behaviors and driving KPI progress.
• Ensure a positive customer experience and complete daily open/close tasks.
• Review daily communications and plan/execute required actions.
• Support omni-channel activities like in-store and Buy Online Pick Up In Store.
