Qualifications

• Ability to work a flexible schedule including evenings, weekends and holidays as needed.

Responsibilities

• Manage front-end operations by following the daily schedule and monitoring customer flow.
• Open registers as necessary and handle opening/closing procedures.
• Maintain shelf tags, price changes, signs, and ad signage; ensure signage integrity.
• Supervise Service Desk operations and financial services procedures including tills and refunds.
• Deliver high-quality customer service and adapt to changing needs while upholding Harps’ standards.
