Job summary

Five Below Inc. is seeking a capable store leader to drive guest service and front-end operations. You will train crew, supervise staff, and ensure fast, friendly checkout experiences while maintaining high store standards.

The role requires a High School diploma or equivalent, with college experience preferred and at least 2 years of management experience. Expect a dynamic, fast-paced environment with flexible scheduling to meet store needs.

Responsibilities

• Operate cash register on a frequent basis.
• Move and handle merchandise weighing up to 25 lbs and up to 5–10 ft high.
• Assist with front end operations and merchandising to meet brand standards.
• Help open/close procedures and maintain store cleanliness.
• Assist store manager in recruiting, training and supervising crew members.
• Respond to corporate communications and support store leadership in merchandising.
