Job summary

You will train team members, monitor inventory and labor, and implement company standards across all facets of the operation.

The role emphasizes customer service, leadership, food safety, and collaboration with the GM to drive sales and customer satisfaction while maintaining a safe, efficient work environment.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1–3 years of high‑volume restaurant leadership experience.
• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• ServSafe certification required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee entire restaurant operation during scheduled shifts, ensuring quality, service, and atmosphere.
• Train shift leads and crew on PRIDE systems, recipes, and safety practices.
• Assist GM with business planning, including monitoring P&L, inventory, and labor to optimize performance.
• Ensure Fan service meets company standards and handle customer concerns promptly.
• Lead and coach team members, schedule staff, and maintain a positive work environment.
• Uphold health and safety standards, sanitation practices, and emergency readiness.
• Contribute to store marketing efforts and local promotions.
