Job summary

TXB is seeking a Lead Food Service Associate to support store management in completing daily tasks across areas including food preparation, customer service, and housekeeping. This role focuses on delivering an exceptional guest experience and upholding TXB's standards of hospitality and integrity.

The position requires leadership ability to train and supervise teammates, maintain safe food handling practices, and communicate effectively with customers.

Qualifications

• Customer relationship experience is required
• Successful completion of on-the-job training
• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds
• Prolonged periods standing and walking
• May need to work nights, weekends, and holidays on a rotating basis
• Ability to perform repetitive movements over long periods of time
• Possess basic computer skills and ability to use multiple devices
• Understand register systems and back office software

Responsibilities

• Lead and supervise other team members effectively
• Prepare and serve foods such as tacos, chicken, and sides
• Provide menu information and suggestions to customers
• Greet customers as they enter the location
• Maintain cleanliness and sanitation of work stations
• Follow safety and sanitation guidelines at all times
• Assist with food preparation as directed and operate production equipment
