Job summary

Kohl's in Green Bay, Wisconsin is seeking a dedicated Retail Supervisor to lead, coach and assist associates in delivering fast, friendly service and accurate transactions at the point of sale and customer service desks.

You will help the team meet daily goals, train staff on merchandising standards and product knowledge, oversee cash handling, loss prevention, and store signing, and model integrity and teamwork to drive store results.

Qualifications

• Experience supervising teams to coach daily goals.
• Strong verbal and written communication skills.
• Flexible availability including nights, weekends and holidays.

Responsibilities

• Lead, coach and assist associates to deliver speed of service and create a compelling customer experience at POC and Customer Service
• Meet or exceed individual goals and support the service team in meeting storewide goals
• Coach, teach and train associates to accurately and efficiently execute point of sale and customer service standards
• Support training of associates on merchandising standards, product knowledge, and tools; adhere to Kohl's brand standards
• Support inventory accuracy and merchandise disposition practices
• Oversee daily cash-related processes including register and cash balancing
• Lead with integrity and foster teamwork; model good judgment
• Use KPIs to drive store results and accomplish multiple tasks
