Job summary

Colonial Group's Dry Goods is seeking a Dry Goods Keyholder to support the management team with store operations, delivering one-of-a-kind service through relationship building, product knowledge, and a clean, exciting store. You’ll own the customer experience, greet customers, achieve sales goals, develop relationships, highlight products, unpack stock, and help with opening and closing the store.

This role requires day, evening, and weekend availability.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience – greet people sincerely, be friendly and thank every customer
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and achieve individual sales and account goals
• Develop relationships to grow your business
• Highlight product knowledge and services to create the best customer experience
• Unpack and display stock
• Maintain a visually appealing and clean store
• Assist with new hire training
• Open and close the store for business
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts
