Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, Communications, or a related field.
• Three (3) years of related experience; work experience may substitute education.
• Preferred: 2+ years managerial or supervisory experience in higher education or parking management.
• Strong communication skills with diverse audiences.
• Experience with database management systems and customer communication platforms.

Responsibilities

• Team Leadership and Operations: manages front office, resolves inquiries, and ensures staffing coverage.
• Customer Services and Communications: handles policies, permit questions, and channels (phone, email, in person).
• Financial Responsibility: processes payments, refunds, and cash handling with reconciliation.
• Systems and Data Management: uses T2 and Oracle to support data analysis and reporting.
• Policy and Compliance: develops procedures to meet UAB guidelines and assists Parking Appeals.
• Perform other duties as assigned.
