Job summary

Marshalls, part of The TJX Companies, Inc., is seeking an Associate to lead front-of-store operations in Charleston, SC. You will model excellent customer service, promote loyalty programs, and ensure a clean, organized store while supporting a flexible schedule including nights and weekends.

You will train others, supervise POS coverage, and collaborate with management to meet sales and safety standards. The role requires 1 year of retail experience and at least 6 months of leadership
