Job summary

Burlington Stores in Mentor, OH is hiring a Full-Time Customer Experience Lead to drive front-end operations and deliver a positive shopping experience. You will lead by example, support associates, and keep the sales floor organized and ready to serve customers.

This hands-on leadership role partners with store leadership to manage checkout flow, resolve customer concerns, and ensure accurate transactions.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience preferred, especially off-price or big box environments.
• Strong customer service mindset with ability to coach others.
• Proactive communication and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead front-end operations and checkout flow.
• Direct associates during shifts and adjust priorities as needed.
• Resolve customer concerns and escalate when required.
• Ensure tasks, merchandising, and safety standards are followed.
• Assist with merchandise flow and stock organization.
• Perform opening/closing duties and coverage planning.
