Southwind, the LA Metro franchise of 1-800-GOT-JUNK?, is hiring a Customer Experience Lead to energize on-site sales and deliver WOW moments for customers. You’ll manage pricing conversations, close on-site sales, and ensure exceptional junk removal service.

The role requires a sales-driven, people-focused mindset, physical activity, and strong communication. Full-time schedule with weekend coverage and growth opportunities within the franchise.

• Lift, carry, load, and maneuver items up to 75+ lbs.
• Represent our brand with integrity, professionalism, and a sharp appearance.
