Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a friendly and proactive Keyholder to support store operations at Columbia Mall in Columbia, Missouri. You’ll deliver exceptional customer service, share product knowledge, and help maintain an inviting, organized sales floor.

You'll own the customer experience, assist with training new hires, and support opening and closing the store, with availability for day, evening, and weekend shifts. This role offers growth opportunities and competitive benefits.

Qualifications

• Experience in customer service or sales preferred.
• Ability to build relationships with customers and drive sales.
• Comfort with training new hires and working in a team environment.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience by greeting customers and ensuring a friendly, helpful atmosphere.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and meet individual sales goals.
• Develop relationships to grow the business and highlight product knowledge for customers.
• Unpack and display stock; maintain a clean, visually appealing store.
• Assist with training new hires and open/close the store as needed.
• Be available to work day, evening, and weekend shifts.
