Qualifications

• 2+ years in customer service or related role.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to manage multiple channels (phone, email, text, chat).
• Attention to detail to ensure order accuracy.
• Empathy in handling customer concerns.
• Experience with CRM or customer service platforms is a plus.
• Experience in retail or showroom environments.
• Interest in design and interior styling.
