Job summary

Rivian Automotive in Malvern, PA is seeking a Product Guide IV to deliver memorable customer experiences from engagement to vehicle delivery. You will craft intuitive interactions, showcase Rivian products, and over-deliver on hospitality and service while staying current with product knowledge.

Ideal candidates have 4+ years in customer service or related fields, are 21+, and can work a flexible schedule with travel as needed.

Qualifications

4+ years’ experience in customer service, automotive, clean energy solutions, field marketing, sales, education, or hospitality environment preferred.
At least 21 years of age.
High School Diploma, GED, or equivalent required.
Flexibility to work nights, weekends and/or holidays; travel may be required for market launches.

Responsibilities

Welcome, engage, and educate customers, delivering a premium experience.
Engage with customers to tailor individual experiences including demo drives and deliveries.
Support brand initiatives, including events, lead generation, and product demonstrations.
Maintain brand and product knowledge and use POS/CRM tools to generate leads.
Perform day-to-day operations, event support, and space upkeep.
