Dry Goods, Inc. is seeking a motivated Keyholder to support store operations and enhance the customer experience in Columbus, OH. You will greet customers, share product knowledge, and help maintain an exciting, clean store.

As a key member of the management team, you’ll open/close the store, lead by example, and participate in training. Expect day, evening, and weekend shifts with strong benefits and career growth opportunities.

Qualifications

• Experience delivering exceptional customer service in retail.
• Ability to build relationships and drive repeat visits.
• Track record meeting or exceeding sales goals.
• Knowledge of fashion or product categories is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Own the customer experience from greeting to checkout.
• Execute all duties of a sales associate and hit individual goals.
• Develop relationships to grow business and loyalty.
• Highlight product knowledge to create a great experience.
• Unpack, stock, and display merchandise for a clean store.
• Assist with new hire training and store opening/closing.
