Responsibilities

• Collect, prepare, and analyze customer feedback, policy data, and web analytics.
• Build and maintain reports and dashboards using Power BI and Databricks.
• Identify trends and translate findings into actionable business recommendations.
• Support development of customer personas and journey maps.
• Monitor policyholder and agent portal digital experience performance.
• Assist with Voice of Customer programs through survey design and analysis.
• Collaborate with teams to improve customer satisfaction and ease of doing business.
• Contribute to presentations that communicate insights to leadership.
