HF Sinclair Corporation seeks a Strategic Sourcing Specialist to act as a business partner, enabling value through targeted spend, supplier evaluation, negotiation, and procurement agreements across the locations served.

You will engage with maintenance, operations, and engineering teams, drive spend analysis, develop scorecards, and lead supplier performance reviews to deliver cost savings and continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Minimum 4 years of related experience in procurement, supply chain management, strategic sourcing, finance, or operations management.
• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field; 10 years of experience can substitute for education.

Responsabilités

• Build relationships with internal stakeholders and align procurement support to business needs.
• Spearhead market research, supplier identification, bidding, and selection processes.
• Develop and implement scorecards and should-cost models for sourcing events.
• Negotiate terms, master agreements, and price Maverick to maximize value.
• Lead supplier performance reviews and continuous improvement initiatives.
