Job summary

HF Sinclair is seeking a Consumer Excellence & Support Coordinator to oversee the mystery shop program, coordinate assignments, ensure data integrity, and deliver reporting for leadership. You will provide front‑line consumer support for HF Sinclair products, develop and maintain documentation, and partner with stakeholders to drive continuous program improvements.

Qualifications

• Minimum five years in mystery shopper programs, quality assurance or consumer service.
• Petroleum experience preferred and familiarity with consumer support, reporting and performance metrics.
• Ability to analyze reports and metrics and communicate insights clearly.
• Proficiency with MS Office and SAP or similar enterprise systems.

Responsibilities

• Oversee operational aspects of the mystery shopping program, including assignment tracking and calendars.
• Review, validate, and analyze mystery shop reports for accuracy and consistency.
• Prepare and distribute reports, dashboards, and summaries for leadership and stakeholders.
• Provide direct consumer support for HF Sinclair products (fuels, payments, gift cards, Mobile Advantage, DINOPAY).
• Respond to consumer inquiries via phone, email, voicemail, and chat.
• Develop and maintain documentation, procedures, and FAQs.
• Maintain consumer data in internal databases and support data-driven improvements.
