Job summary

Kroger is seeking a customer service-focused associate at 1101 Westloop Pl, Manhattan, KS. You will assist customers, process sales, and maintain the checkstand area while upholding our values of respect, honesty, integrity, diversity, inclusion, and safety.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED or equivalent education/experience.
• Six months cashier experience at Customer Service Desk.
• Ability to pass drug test.
• Willingness to work weekends and overtime as needed.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales.
• Perform cashier functions including register operations and tender transactions.
• Maintain cleanliness of the checkstand area.
• Answer telephones and assist customers at the service desk.
• Verify security tags are deactivated at point of sale.
• Open and close the customer service desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, and money orders.
