Job summary

Dollar Tree in Connellsville, PA is seeking a Customer Service Associate II to assist with daily store operations, merchandise handling, and customer support. Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Previous customer service experience in retail, hotel, restaurant, grocery, or drug store environment highly preferred.
• Must follow instructions and interpret operational documents.
• Must lift 30–50 lbs and perform frequent walking, standing, stooping, kneeling, climbing, pushing, pulling, and repetitive lifting with/without accommodations.
• Excellent customer service and relationship management skills required.
• Strong organizational and communication skills required.
• Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills required.
• High level of integrity required.
• Proficiency in basic math for cash accounting required.

Responsibilities

• Receiving merchandise, unloading trucks, and processing freight safely per productivity standards.
• Merchandising and stocking as needed.
• Maintain cleanliness throughout the store, including bathrooms, floors, and general presentation.
• Ensure a positive, safe, respectful environment with professional interactions.
• Manage sales transactions at the cash register and protect company assets.
