You will engage with customers, process purchases, and support store operations while promoting loyalty programs and protecting the sales floor from loss. Ideal candidates are flexible, detail-oriented, and capable of multi-tasking in a fast-paced retail setting.

• Counts change back to customers and processes purchases/returns.
• Promotes credit and loyalty programs.
• Maintains merchandising standards and prepares merchandise for the sales floor.
• Participates in store recovery and safety initiatives.
• Ensures a clean, organized store environment.
• Supports shrink reduction goals and loss prevention.
• Performs other duties as assigned.
