Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Greet and acknowledge customers, uphold high service standards, anticipate needs, and demonstrate product knowledge.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries about merchandise and assist with product selection.
• Communicate with store leadership about customer requests, vendor issues, and product damages.
• Operate the register, scan and bag items, manage payment methods, activate fuel and gift cards, and balance drawer at shift end.
• Follow ID verification laws for age-restricted products and assist with assisted checkout terminals.
• Help customers with purchases requiring staff assistance, such as tobacco or lottery, and monitor fuel court activity.
