• Handle payments, give correct change, and balance cash.
• Operate cash register, credit card scanners, and related equipment.
• Monitor activity in store and at gas pumps to ensure safety and accurate transactions.
• Follow Serve-Safe guidelines and recipes.
• Control deli waste and monitor inventory and spoilage.
• Read data on registers and documents accurately.
• Complete temperature logs promptly and accurately.
