Job summary

Taylor Enterprise Solutions is seeking a Customer Experience Implementation Specialist in Nebraska to manage customer onboarding and ERP/eProcurement implementations. You will coordinate requirements, testing, and go-live activities across teams, ensuring successful deployments.

The role emphasizes strong communication, process improvement, and the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required; Bachelor's degree preferred.
• 3+ years in customer onboarding, implementation, project coordination, or related role.
• B2B customer experience across the implementation lifecycle.
• Ability to gather and manage business and technical requirements.
• Experience coordinating testing, go-live readiness, and issue resolution.
• Strong communication, analytical, troubleshooting, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Teams, Excel, Word, Outlook; quick learner of new systems.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate small- to mid-sized print program implementations from quote acceptance through setup on the web ordering platform; support PMs on larger implementations.
• Lead customer onboarding and implementation activities for ERP and eProcurement platforms.
• Partner with customers, Integration teams, IT, Sales, Operations, and vendors to define requirements and timelines.
• Gather, document, validate, and manage business and technical requirements.
• Coordinate testing, issue resolution, production readiness, and go-live activities.
• Monitor progress and communicate status, risks, decisions to customers and teams.
• Facilitate implementation meetings, recaps, customer documentation, training materials, onboarding resources.
• Manage multiple implementations simultaneously; adapt plans and escalate risks.
• Support process improvement and onboarding best practices.
