Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Customer Experience Program Manager to lead customer-facing demonstration and experience programs across Power Systems and Digital Power portfolios. This role oversees the EcoStruxure Power Mobile Lab, centers in the United States, and the logistics of demonstration units for events and sales engagements.

Qualifications

• Proven experience managing customer experience, demonstration, sales-enablement, or cross-functional programs.
• Strong organizational and project management skills with ability to coordinate multiple sites, events, assets, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.
• Experience in coordinating logistics for demos, trade shows, and executive briefings is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Lead the EcoStruxure Power Mobile Lab program from planning to deployment and ongoing improvement.
• Plan and maintain customer experience centers and executive briefing centers across the U.S.
• Oversee creation, inventory, maintenance, and logistics of demonstration units for events and engagements.
• Establish standards, asset records, maintenance schedules, and readiness processes for equipment.
• Coordinate trade shows, conferences, and sales-led events to ensure consistent customer experience.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align experiences with portfolio strategy and commercial goals.
• Manage budgets, vendors, schedules, risks, and performance metrics with regular reporting.
