Job summary

Schneider Electric seeks a Customer Experience Program Manager to lead customer-facing demonstration programs across Power Systems and Digital Power. You will direct the EcoStruxure Power Mobile Lab, develop and maintain experience centers in US hubs and factories, and oversee demonstration units for trade shows and events.

You will coordinate with multiple teams to ensure consistent, high-quality customer experiences, manage budgets and vendors, and drive continuous program improvements.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing customer experience, demonstration, sales-enablement, event, product, or other cross-functional programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills coordinating multiple sites, events, assets, vendors, budgets, and deadlines.

Responsibilities

  • Lead the EcoStruxure Power Mobile Lab program, including program planning, scheduling, deployment, utilization, maintenance, readiness, and continuous improvement.
  • Partner with the Customer Experience organization to plan, develop, launch, and maintain new customer experience centers and executive briefing centers in Schneider Electric hubs and factories across the United States.
  • Manage the creation, inventory, configuration, documentation, maintenance, storage, shipment, setup, and return logistics of customer-facing demonstration units across the Power Systems and Digital Power portfolios.
  • Establish operating standards, quality checks, asset records, maintenance schedules, and readiness processes that ensure demonstration equipment is current, functional, safe, and presentation-ready.
  • Coordinate demonstration support for trade shows, expos, conferences, customer-led events, sales-led events, and other strategic engagements, ensuring an effective and consistent customer experience.
  • Collaborate with Offer Management, Customer Experience, sales, marketing, operations, logistics, and other cross-functional teams to prioritize investments and align experiences and demonstrations with portfolio strategy and commercial objectives.
  • Manage program budgets, vendors, schedules, risks, and performance metrics, and provide regular reporting on asset utilization, readiness, event support, customer feedback, and improvement actions.

Job description

We are seeking a highly organized Customer Experience Program Manager to lead customer-facing demonstration and experience programs across Schneider Electric’s Power Systems and Digital Power portfolios.   • A well-run, responsive, and scalable customer-facing sales-enablement demonstration program.
  • High availability, accuracy, and presentation readiness of demonstration assets, supported by reliable inventory and maintenance records.
  • On-time, cost-effective logistics and event support with minimal disruption, loss, damage, or equipment downtime.
  • A consistent, positive customer experience across mobile labs, customer experience centers, executive briefing centers, trade shows, expos, conferences, and customer- or sales-led events.

Strong collaboration with Customer Experience, Offer Management, sales, marketing, and operations teams, with clear priorities, ownership, and feedback loops

Qualifications:
  • Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Business, Engineering, Operations, Supply Chain, Communications, or a related field.
  • Proven experience managing customer experience, demonstration, sales-enablement, event, product, or other cross-functional programs in a corporate environment.
  • Strong organizational and project management skills, with the ability to coordinate multiple sites, events, assets, vendors, budgets, and deadlines simultaneously.
  • Experience with asset inventory, maintenance planning, warehousing, transportation, or event logistics preferred.
  • Experience in electrical distribution, energy management, industrial technology, construction, or a related B2B industry preferred.
  • Strong customer orientation and attention to quality, detail, safety, and presentation standards.
  • Excellent communication, stakeholder-management, problem-solving, and organizational skills.
  • Ability to travel within the United States to support Schneider Electric hubs, factories, events, and customer engagements.

For this U.S. based position, the expected pay range is USD 68,000 - USD 102,000 per year. This pay range includes base pay and short-term incentives. The compensation range for this full-time position applies to candidates located within the United States. Our pay ranges are determined by reviewing roles of similar responsibility and level. Within the pay range, individual pay is determined by several factors including performance, knowledge, job-related skills, experience, and relevant education or training.
