Qualifications

• Must be at least 18 years old.
• High school diploma or GED.
• Valid driver’s license with acceptable record.
• Ability to use computers for data entry and processing.
• Strong communication skills – written, verbal, and interpersonal.

Responsibilities

• Greet customers upon entry to the store.
• Answer all incoming calls.
• Work alongside sales staff to complete the customer experience.
• Contact customers to schedule delivery/installation.
• Ensure product is in inventory and awaiting warehouse release.
• Coordinate with Sales on backordered products.
• Communicate delays to customers, operations, and sales.
• Ensure payments are collected before products leave the warehouse.
• Schedule deliveries with customers in coordination with delivery and warehouse teams.
• Serve as point of contact with the delivery team for obstacles.
• Manage damaged product processes.
