You will answer calls, schedule appointments, process payments, and assist with daily operations to create a positive experience. Schedule is Monday–Friday, 8 am–5 pm.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent. Customer service experience is a plus.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills required.
• Ability to multitask and manage time in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office and basic computer skills.

Responsibilities

• Manage and respond to customer inquiries via phone, email, and in-person with professionalism and efficiency.
• Coordinate appointments, schedules, and follow-ups to ensure timely service delivery.
• Maintain accurate customer records, filing, and update databases as required.
• Collaborate with sales, service, and support teams to create a cohesive customer experience.
• Must be able to lift up to 10 lbs.
