We’re looking for a detail‑oriented and customer‑focused Customer Experience Coordinator (CEC) to join our team at our North Kansas City location. This role is perfect for someone who thrives in a fast‑paced environment and enjoys working with both customers and technicians to keep service operations running smoothly.

Key Responsibilities

• Customer Experience: Deliver friendly, professional service over the phone from the first call to final follow-up.
• Scheduling & Dispatching: Book service calls, assign technicians, and maintain an optimized daily schedule.
• Technician Liaison: Serve as the go‑to office contact for your assigned group of techs—ensuring they have what they need and stay in the loop.
• Follow‑Up Calls: Conduct happy calls after service and handle any needed follow‑up communications.
• Timesheet Management: Collect, review, and submit accurate technician timesheets.
• Invoicing: Prepare and send invoices through ServiceTitan (ST) and 3rd‑party platforms; ensure all job details and billing information are accurate and complete.
• Payment Collection: Collect payments over the phone and log transactions properly.
