Qualifications

• Guide customers using CarMax inventory to match vehicles to needs.
• Assist through online sales, appraisals, financing applications, and scheduling delivery.
• Ensure seamless online-to-in-store transitions for a superior customer experience.
• Mentor others as skills grow and contribute toward sales targets.
