Qualifikationen

• 3–5+ years in collections, accounts receivable, outbound calling, or customer retention preferred.
• High school diploma or equivalent; bachelor’s degree a plus.
• Excellent verbal and written communication to explain complex billing details clearly.
• Strong problem-solving mindset and ability to handle objections.
• Patience, active listening, and resilience during difficult conversations.
• Experience with modern CRM/ticketing platforms (Zendesk, Freshdesk, Logix or Salesforce).

• Conduct high-volume outbound outreach via phone, email, and SMS to contact clients about missed or past-due payments.
• Partner with clients to understand root causes, negotiate solutions, and collect balances.
• Structure approved payment arrangements and follow up on commitments.
• Navigate sensitive conversations with tact while protecting customer relationships.
• Log all interactions and account status updates in the CRM.
• Collaborate with Billing, Operations, and CX teams to resolve discrepancies.
