Job summary

Michaels in Sequim, WA is hiring for a store team member to deliver friendly customer service, assist shoppers, and maintain a well-merchandised, in-stock store. You will handle the checkout, participate in truck unloading, stocking, and planogram duties while promoting rewards programs and enrollments.

Qualifications

• Retail or customer service experience preferred.
• Ability to stand for long periods and perform physical tasks.

Responsibilities

• Help customers locate products and provide solutions
• Provide fast, friendly checkout and handle cash to standard
• Promote Michaels Rewards, Private Label Credit Card enrollments
• Educate customers on VOC and survey participation
• Support Omni channel tasks including Buy Online Pickup in Store and Ship From Store
• Assist with truck unloading, stocking and planogram maintenance
• Maintain in-stock conditions and support shrink and safety programs
• Follow SOPs and company policies; model positive behavior
• Cross-train in Custom Framing selling and production
