Job summary

Mister Greenway is hiring for a full-time in-office Customer Care Specialist in Bartlett, TN. You will investigate and resolve customer concerns, document interactions, and serve as the primary contact for escalations.

The role requires 3–4 years of customer service experience, strong communication, and the ability to work with internal teams to improve the customer experience. Background checks are required.

Qualifications

• High School Diploma or GED required.
• 3–4 years of customer service experience.
• Experience handling inbound/outbound communications.
• Strong communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to manage difficult conversations professionally.
• Reliable and punctual attendance.
• Fluent English speaking, reading & writing.
• Valid driver’s license for occasional visits.

Responsibilities

• Answer and return customer calls.
• Review complaints and feedback for resolution.
• Follow up on open service concerns to ensure closure.
• Update customer records and case notes.
• Coordinate with operations and management teams.
• Document customer feedback and trends.
• Travel to customer homes for care visits when needed.
