Job summary

Goodwill of Central and Northern Arizona is hiring for a Store Associate to join the team in Wickenburg. You will run the register, support a positive customer experience, and help promote sales for GCNA and its affiliates. Starting pay is $15.15 per hour.

The role requires excellent customer service and math skills, English communication proficiency, and a willingness to work with a team in a fast-paced retail environment. Safety and core values are emphasized.

Qualifications

• High School education or equivalent experience.
• Excellent customer service skills.
• Ability to communicate and understand instructions, both verbal and written, in English.

Responsibilities

• Runs POS and processes payments.
• Requests cash donations at POS from customers.
• Sets prices using merchandise features or asks a supervisor for guidance.
• Completes closing procedures as needed.
• Maintains regular in-person attendance.
• Greets customers and thanks them as they leave.
• Maintains sales floor standards and stocks merchandise as assigned.
• Uses store communication systems for announcements.
• Keeps store clean and safe.
