Sysco Northeast RDC is seeking a Customer Experience Colleague to greet customers, assist with memberships, and ensure smooth checkout processes. You will handle cash, process payments, and contribute to store operations while maintaining security and helpful service across departments.

The role emphasizes friendly interactions, accurate transactions, and teamwork in a fast-paced retail environment, with opportunities to support promotions and training sessions.

Formación

• Greeting customers warmly and guiding them to departments or products.
• Process payments accurately using cash, card, or mobile methods.
• Explain membership sign-up benefits and handle sign-ups and replacements.

Responsabilidades

• Welcome customers at entrance and ensure a smooth checkout experience.
• Maintain store cleanliness and organization in entrances, exits, and checkout areas.
• Assist with price checks, returns, and exchanges per store policy.
• Support loss prevention by staying alert for suspicious activity and reporting it.
