Qualifications

• High school diploma or GED required or equivalent experience.
• Six months cashier experience to work at Customer Service Desk.
• Minimum 18 years of age (19 in some states) and ability to pass drug test.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and on weekends/various shifts.
• Ability to organize/prioritize tasks and show accuracy/attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Assist customers and process sales, upholding company values.
• Perform cashier functions: open/close register, ring up sales, tender transactions.
• Maintain checkout area and ensure price accuracy; handle price discrepancies.
• Answer telephones and provide courteous service at the desk.
• Process refunds, exchanges, money orders, gift cards and bill payments.
• Provide lottery service and other store services as needed.
• Promote company initiatives and enforce policies.
